Sharon Geedman, with 27 years experience in

She is well known as one of the most sought after Real Estate executives in the
Southwest. A sampling of her prestigious account credits include Friendswood
Development Company/Exxon, Newland Communities, Ryland Homes, American General
Land Development, Farb Properties, Village Builders, Newmark Home Corporation,
Hillwood Development corporation and many more. Sharon has been a visionary
marketing activist for the national real estate community, including her tenure
as president of the Greater Houston Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing
Council, Board Member of the Greater Houston Builders Association, Executive
Board Member of the Houston Housing Guide, and founding member/ Chairperson of
the Texas Association of Builders’ Texas Star Awards. She was named the
“Associate Member of the Year” for the Sales and Marketing Council/PRISM awards.
Sharon hails from New York, and is a business school graduate of The State
University Of New York. One of Sharon’s specialties, the brand development of
large planned communities, has led to several of her clients being named as
“National Communities of the Year” by the National Association of Homebuilders.
